CONGRATULATIONS!

YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE MOST RELIABLE AND

ACCURATE SPRAY APPLICATOR AVAILABLE!

NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED!!!

NEW-LUBE® delivers the most continuous flow of lubricant available, with NO MOVING PARTS!

With NEW-LUBE® you can accurately measure the flow of fluid and air for the most efficient dispersal; making NEW-LUBE® the most cost effective applicator on the market. NEW-LUBE® offers automatic proportional delivery of fluid without making adjustments every time you desire more or less air flow for your various applications.

Delivery adjustment: NEW-LUBE® delivers a CONSTANT RATIO OF OIL TO AIR FLOW, therefore as air flow increases or decreases, oil flow will be adjusted proportionately. Because of this feature when additional oil or air flow is needed for tougher jobs, you will AUTOMATICALLY get the proper ratio. THERE WILL BE NO NEED TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS AFTER THE INITIAL SETUP!

INSTALLATION

1 - Remove applicator from box. The unit comes with either a standard mounting bracket or the magnetic type mount. Note: magnets are available for converting your standard bracket mount.

2 - Attach the bracket or magnets to the machine. MAKE SURE THE UNIT IS VERTICAL! Position the nozzles as required.

3 - Connect the air supply hose and turn on the air.

4. Remove the oil plug and fill the bowl 3/4 FULL. DO NOT OVERFILL THE BOWL! DO NOT USE OTHER OILS as this may be HAZARDOUS and will void the NEW-LUBE® warrantee. Replace the oil fill plug and seat firmly. The applicator is now ready for setting.

OPERATION

1 - Turn the flex nozzle valve(s) on.

2 - With the air flowing, adjust the NEW-LUBE® air regulator pressure to 20 lbs.

3 - Using the black adjustment knob, located on top of the sight dome, set the NEW-LUBE® single hose unit for 4 drops per minute and the NEW-LUBE® two hose unit for 8 drops per minute. Add 3 drops per minute for each additional hose. Clockwise gives a leaner mix; counterclockwise gives a richer mix.

Note: By counting the number of drops of oil per minute in the sight dome you can accurately measure the fluid flow. Note; 1500 drops = 1 ounce. 4 drops per minute = 6.25 hours of continuous use per ounce for less than .51 cents.

4 - Allow the applicator unit to run for 5 minutes prior to use so the oil is distributed throughout the system.

5 - Position the nozzle(s) so that fluid is put on the face of the cutting tool outside of the cut. YOUR NEW-LUBE® SYSTEM IS NOW READY FOR USE!

6 - To shut off the system you need only to turn off the valve(s) at the nozzle(s).

SERVICE

1 - TO CLEAN BOWLS USE MILD SOAP AND WATER ONLY! DO NOT use cleansing agents such as acetone, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, gasoline, toluene, etc., which are damaging to the plastic.

2 - Periodically drain the fluid from the air filter using the valve under the filter.

3 - No other parts are serviceable. For replacement parts call or fax us today!

SAFETY: TRANSPARENT BOWLS

CAUTION

Polycarbonate bowls, being transparent and tough, are ideal for use with Filters and Lubricators. They are suitable for use in normal industrial environments, but should not be located in areas where they could be subjected to direct sunlight, an impact blow, nor temperatures outside of the rated range. As with most plastics, some chemicals can cause damage. Polycarbonate bowls should not be exposed to Chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, and certain alcohols. They should not be used in air systems where compressors are lubricated with fire-resistant fluids such as phosphate ester and diester types.
